Diigo
Diigo is an online tool for highlighting the web. The tool allows you to have percistent highlights that you can go back to. The problem with this type of thing is that I don’t actually remember to use it.
One nice features was the RSS feed integration which could have been useful if I tied it to my RSS Feed Reader.
