Food holds a special place in my heart. Italian cuisine is my go-to, with its simplistic ingredients that come together to make something greater than the sum of their parts. However, I'm also passionate about exploring cuisines from around the world, experimenting with new recipes, and sharing delicious meals with family and friends. Cooking also allows me to have a similar feeling to my time spent working in a lab.
