# Cleanshot X Best tool for screenshots on Mac! # Rocket Typist A text snippet expansion app. It works really well for things you need to type repetitivly. # BusyCal So much more powerful that default calendar and with apps on Mac and iOS. I use the ability to have calendar sets that turn on and off together for my calendars. This way I can do planning with one set of calendars and then use another set in my routine work. I have the Busycal widget on my watch to allow me to follow along with my time blocks. # Timing Automated Time tracking. Helps me realize how I spend my time. # Paste My clipboard manager of choice. Cross platform so you can access your mac clipboard on your iPhone. # Supercharge I whole bunch of little tiny tweaks to the way Mac features work. Mainly for features of finder, but super useful. Quickly access options like Copy Path, Move Files, AirDrop. Also super powerful keyboard shortcuts that are assignable. # News Explorer Although intended as RSS reader, it accepts youtube links and so it allows you to use youtube just to watch what you subscribe to instead of being pushed toward watching more by the algorithm # Receipts This is how I track business expenses for my side-gig. # Soulver I use this when I need to think out an idea that involves math. I like that it's a mix of text and math in a note. # Tripsy I use this to keep track of trips that I am going on. I send my confirmation emails in and it keeps track of my upcoming and past trips in a logical way. I don't like having to go back to my email to have to find all this stuff. # Downie Allows me to download a video based on a link (e.g. video archival/offline viewing). It also lets me transcode a video into audio if I want to turn a conference talk into a podcast. # CodeRunner I use this as my IDE whenever I am coding # Awesome Habits I think this is a pretty good habit tracker and use it at times when I am tracking simple habits. It has nice widgets for iOS
